Granite City Cabs

Had a 10 minute conversation trying to explain where I was at after just moving. Gave me attitude, raised his voice, and acted like I was stupid because I was unsure completely of my crossroads after I'd given an exact address. "It's a really simple question!"

After 50 minutes of waiting I called back to confirm they were coming only to get the response, "You don't need a cab." Followed by a hang up.

First time ever writing a review; the service was really that bad. I'm actually glad the cab didn't make it.

This was the worst piece of crap cab service EVER. Called to try getting a cab and explained I needed pick up just to tell them 5 times my location. Don't even think they looked it up. Was sarcastic and RUDE. Just laughed, said "hm don't think I've heard this before" and hung up. Never mind be being stranded. I'm glad these filthy unprofessional donkey acting people didn't get my money. To make me feel unworthy before I can even get service is disgusting. I made a profile just for this review.

cigarette and body odor is all you could smell in the cab I had. The fare was a little expensive to me but the driver was what push me to the limits. He must have been having a bad day...
