American Moving Co Inc

I hired the owner/manager of American Movers named Buya several times for clients through a NPO I worked for and had no problems before so I used them to move my home. The workers were 45 minutes late. The owner/manager agreed to charge me $350 because of all the business I sent his way. Instead he charged over $700 with no explanation to this day. Then on top of that, some of my property was damaged and items including jewelry, clothing, and electronics were stolen during the move. I was able to reach him 1 time only about the damaged items, which I noticed first. He agreed to send someone out to inspect the full damage, but never did. After the charges to my account, I was never able to reach him again personally or professionally. I wouldn't give this company any stars at all if I could. I do not recommend this company at all.
