Beautiful U Boutique Store Inc

I just had the WORST experience ever at Beautiful U boutique. I came in for SIMPLE chin wax. The young lady damn near yank my face OFF. She was pulling so hard I had grab her hand before I knew it. she had so much wax on my face. I been going to this place for almost two years and never have I had such an inexperienced person perform my service. I would have respected her more if she would have just said doesn't know how to do a chin wax. Oh and to top if off I walk out with a red bumpy chin because immediately start to see small red bumps after she was finish. I know of wasn't the products because those are the same product they have been using. So disappointed and my face is sore

This place sucks as far as management is concerned. I was pleased w/ Christy she sold me on the eyebrow makeup. I paid for it thinking it was good quality make up. when the lady that was in a cheap looking plastic wrap and tie with a dollar store looking bag. I would like to add in the makeup was not in a box at all. I opened it to see the color. I noticed the quality was poor and the brush tip felt like pine needles I looked around to check for the return policy since it was displayed on the fake receipt that u can get anywhere. The return policy displayed in the store says refund only with receipts on (product only). So I get up tell the lady that I wanted a refund on just the eyebrow make up. She directed me to this mean woman (under statement). she rudely explained that i broke the seal and she can't resell it. I never left the store. regardless the reason for the return. Nothing stipulated that it had to be in a new condition. No negotiation at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
