Purchased my granddaughter's prom dress there today! Very nice staff and beautiful dresses at very good prices!

Very professional. I was having a beach wedding and didn't want something too fancy but wanted to feel beautiful, Jackie was very helpful and informative, she found me the absolute perfect dress!! I can't stress enough how all the guest and people seeing pictures afterwards said I had the most perfect dress for a beach wedding!! The best thing was I stayed right in town to find it!

I was nervous about going there after reading the reviews but I had heard it was under new management. My fiancée got her dress there and we got all of our tuxedo's there. They were very friendly and professional. The prices were very reasonable. It was great!

ARROGANT, RUDE, NEGATIVE, SOUR!!

My experience was so disgusting that all I could conclude was that the owner of this operation is a racist.

Would never go there again. Period!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!

The owner GWEN is rude and impolite. She hired movers in Oklahoma to move tuxedos she bought from a used auction for less than $1.00 apiece. The movers loaded 2 truckloads of tuxedos and drove 1000 miles to destination. Once they arrived she called the cops on the drivers and movers in an attempt not to pay for her moving expenses.

Of course the cops arrived and made her pay.

I would never recommend anyone to buy tuxedos from this lady. She is rude and obnoxious, you might as well go to the auctions around and buy the same tuxedos for LESS

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY

Got my wedding dress there yesterday. It took 3 days to find the right dress but Gwen helped me like a mother would! She was great and didn't give up til we found the perfect dress! I was so stressed out when I got there and when I left I was so happy!! Thank you Gwen for your help!!!! I'm so happy!!

Rudest place I have ever been into! Refused to help or let us try anything on. She asked when my wedding was and I told her two months away. she told me to come back then and look at a dress! I will never go back to that store!

If I could give a zero rating I would. The owner of this store is extremely rude. I came in today with my 8 year old girls and was told I couldn't try a dress on unless I had a babysitter. I have been in a dozen stores all with my girls and have never been treated this way. They are very well behaved and want to be there when I find "the dress". All the other stores I have been too have went out of there way to include them. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Miranda is the sweetest! I was just looking around while I had extra time one day and she helped me try on over 30 dresses! I was there for hours and she didn't even mind. Loved her to death!

We had six to fit in tuxedos for a wedding. There were four of us who are rather large in size and we're concerned that we may not be able to get the right fit. Owner Gwenn Costner and her assistant Becky Clevenger met us with open arms and smiling faces. They reassured us that they would be able to fit us and began quickly doing so. They spent a couple hours running back and forth exchanging pants, shirts, etc until they had each of us with the correct fit. Then Gwenn hemmed pants to the correct length right there. They knew we were driving from Knoxville so they let us take the tuxes with us even though the wedding was over a week away. They were two of the most professional, kind, and sweet ladies I have met in a long time. Their business should be booming as they truly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Trinkets and Treasures to anyone getting married or needing a costume or formal for any occasion.

I went there looking for a prom dress.I tried on one dress and I fell in love. The price was absolutly amazing. I woild go back any time I need something like that.

Don't shop here. The owner, Gwen, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have shopped there multiple times and have gotten a bad attitude from Gwen every time so I know she couldn't have just had an off day. I have shopped there in the past but after the service I received today I will gladly go to Jeff City or Knoxville to look at a dress before returning there.

I was there at the time Gwen was talking about and there was no one curseing her the onlything that was stated was that she should have consulted the planners before making any changes and thats why the colors had to be changed. She was very rude to her costomers and shes the only person to get a tux from on short notice so im sure they didnt have a choice.

I have used this company before in 2000 and didn't have a problem, I recommended to my sister to use this company I am sorry to say but we had nothing but problems with them I was even yelled at by the owner I don't think this is the way professorial's should behave the way that the owner behaved I would not recommend anyone to go there, The father of the guest of honor even called me and told me that he was treated poorly. a few other people have told me that during this planed event they had problems with trinkets and treasures I just wanted to inform others to be-careful when or if they decide to work with them our experience was not at all a present one . They really need to work on there customer service...
