Affordable Dentures & Implants

Went for my consultation this morning. Staff was very friendly and the experience was quick and simple. No long waiting period at all. I will be back!

WARNING! BEWARE! This place should be shut down! They run people through people like a farmer branding cattle. They take advantage of people that can't afford to go somewhere else. Yes, they are cheaper, but trust me, you get what you pay for. It had been two years since I had all my teeth pulled. I was finally able to save enough money to get dentures. I went there because like most people, I am not rich. I felt like they were the only option. The staff was very rude & inconsiderate. The office & the treatment area was not very clean at all. I went in the office & told them that I had a bad gag reflex, so they made my dentures paper thin. You could literally hold them against a piece of news paper & read right through them. They were causing a lot of discomfort, I was told to wear them anyway, that I would get use to them. They were very poorly fitted, I had to use Fixodent 10-15 times a day & constantly had to worry about them falling out. Within a couple of weeks of having them, there was a hole in the top plate. I took them back in & showed them to the dental assistant, she said "Ok, I see the hole". She took them back for the dentist to look at them & when she come back she says "There is no hole." They made me sign a paper saying that they were "unable to satisfy me". Dang right, I was not satisfied! They were horrible! I was devastated, I was back to square one. When I was looking over the paperwork, the assistant says "We are sorry that we can't help you, I just don't see whats wrong with the teeth." I said "There is a hole in the plate & they don't fit." She told me that the hole was probably made by something I had eaten. How can that be, when I couldn't eat with them in??? What was the point of having teeth if I couldn't use them? I strongly suggest that anyone that needs dentures or dental work done, go to Aspen Dental in Morristown. (In front of Walmart) They are amazing people & their dentures are very high quality. Yes, they are a little more expensive & it takes a little longer to get your dentures, but they are totally worth the wait! The whole experience was awesome. Their staff is very warm & welcoming. They treat you like a person, not another dollar bill. They take the time to get them right & they are willing to work with people that need a payment plan. I will never have any work done any place else. I know better than most, how much a smile is worth. I wish I knew who to contact to get Affordable Dentures looked into.
