I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The girl that "helped" me when I paid was so RUDE. And not just to me but to the customer right in front of me. What the hell is wrong with these people?!?!?!?!?!

They did a poor job cleaning my car and damaged it.

The employee "in charge" called the owner who informed me that if they had to pay for every car they damaged he would have to charge customers more to clean their cars. He refused to be of any assistance. The car before mine and the car after also had damage and were told the same.

I don't know how people like this stay in business.

Went to redeem a $70 Gift Certificate, cleaned out car of personal items, made time to get there, family member following me so I could leave my car with them . . was told they couldn't do the 'Jiffy Wax' because the two workers who do it weren't there. 'Come back, Mondays or Tuesdays only.' Their site advertises 'ready to give you the 5 star treatment' and after all my planning, they want me to come back because they are not appropriately staffed. Nowhere on their website does it read that an appt. is needed for a wax. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING.
