        Beware

        Not a well run facility. It smells like urine, trash is not emptied regularly in rooms, patients are often untidy with food stains. Staff gather at the desk and when you walk up they don't offer to ask if they can help they typically ignore you. When you are allowed to ask a question they usually do not know the answer and mislead you into thinking they will find out and let you know. Patients loose weight, get weaker, and suffer more depression at this facility. Look at this facility's medicare ratings. You know it has to be bad for medicade to rate low.
