It's s shame. Poor children under their care. I can only pray for their safety. Crooked. Rating would be in the negative.

have been trying to get ahold of these people for over a week and it says that the phone is temporary out of order how in the world are you suppose to get ahold of them if they do not have a working phone. did they not pay their phone bill this month.

Seems to not care about people at all. Over looks people who really need help. When you call the staff always transfers your call to voice mail and the case workers never call back. Seems like they have a lack of human communication skills and obviously do not care about the people they are suppose to be helping. I understand that they may get many people who just want to use the government but it seems like they think that of everyone who needs help. Considering that my tax money goes to pay for these peoples' pay checks you'd think that we would get better customer service from them than most places. What is the point of having these places set up when they obviously don't and can't do their work in a timely and professional manner?

this place is not together and does not process and type of information quickly or accuratly they are not a very well rounded place . NOT TOGETHER! they would have made my experince better if they all got a little bit more symathetic and they treat the children and teens in thir care as if they were cattle . they talk of them in number and cases not names and do not get in touch with anyone if you need help the place is Hell not HELP .
