Bumgarner Oil Company

I ordered oil from this company and paid the money that I owed and wanted more oil delivered. The woman on the phone was rude and took twice as much money out of my account, without my permission. Then I had to wait 7 days before the money was returned to my account. This time, I was promised oil on Tuesday. Still not here. If it's not here by tomorrow, they will have violated their 72 hour policy and I will be notifying the BBB. I have been with this company for 15 years and have never experienced this much trouble before. I think the company changed hands. The new staff, owners, whoever it is, are worthless.

Paid for oil on Monday, October 19. Was told it would be delivered by Thursday. Called Friday because it still had not been delivered. Was told it would be delivered Saturday. It is now a week later and still no oil. Made another call with no luck. They have had my $400 for a week and no oil. Will call Better Business Bureau today. This company is a joke. Lack of customer service. If you can't handle the amount of business, CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
