Never had any trouble myself, not as cheap as Walmart but much more knowledgeable staff and great service

I dropped off a laptop that needed a new hard drive. Geek Squad had to send it off because they said they couldn't do the work in the store. A MONTH LATER I got my laptop back and the case was cracked by the tech that took it apart. They returned it to me and said they couldn't get the parts. I said it needed a hard drive that's all it needed. The tech didn't even install a new hard drive. They just returned my laptop after breaking it and keeping it for a month. I took my computer apart myself and replaced the hard drive and repaired the damaged case with epoxy. My laptop is working great now. Just like new except I can't close the screen or I risk cracking the epoxy that is holding the screen on.
I completed a survey and asked for someone to call me back. I got a call the next day. When I told him the laptop was in a worse condition than when I dropped it off, he said he would see what he could do and call me back. I waited another month and still no call back. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do because I took the laptop apart myself. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT TOLD ME THE CASE WAS CRACKED! I just sent it in for a new hard drive.
I bought 4 computers from Best Buy and 2 have extended warrantees on them currently. Because of this terrible service, I will never buy ANYTHING from them again. I will not do business with anyone that refuses to treat their customers fairly!
