American Family Insurance - Gordon Finn

I have had my insurance with this office for over five years and have always gotten the best customer service anyone could ask for. The staff are very personal and pleasant to work with. Gordon has always went to bat for me if I felt something was not handled the way it should have been handled if he felt it was a warrented complaint or concern. This office has always gone above what they had to do and has super exceeded my exspectations as an insurance office. I would not stay with American family Insurance if it was not for having such a wonderful agent and agents staff.

The agents are very rude and manipulative. I had a terrible experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!
