Let me start by stating that a crook I am not. I am guilty of trying to help a Customer over the phone. I recall this event. The items needed to be packed and were large. Providing exact shipping information over the phone on large unpacked items is very tricky and thus why we work with estimates. With the items on my floor I was able to figure out how to package them and with that information was able to provide a quote which was different than the estimate provided over the phone. All of this information was reviewed before any work started. The customer stated that his customer was paying for the pack and ship and was thus required to get approval for the difference. My customer was attempting to make this call and was not successful in speaking with his party. My customer again told me that he had to have the original numbers. I could not make that happen. We were at an impasse and thus I politely moved the items back to his truck. Again a crook I am not. All information was explained to my customer in advance. My customer was not out one dime and a sincere apologue was made. My Father always told me when given lemon make lemonade. I cannot change this review of my business. I feel that it is an unfair review. I work very hard with training my Associates and providing superb customer service. This is the first negative review which I have received. It is not a true reflection of our commitment to you OUR CUSTOMER
