Tattoo Factory of Lake Norman

Sooo.... let me save you ladies some time if you're thinking about LKN tattoo factory.

I had an appointment today for microblading and was actually thrown out of the shop by the owner. For what reason..? We have yet to find out. The owner was apparently setting the alarm off from a remote location multiple times. After the third time the alarm was set off a police officer showed up. Miraculously, the owner called shortly after to demand everyone leave his establishment (artists included). Not sure what they have going on in this building. I proceeded to go to the restroom to wipe off the numbing cream and found 3 or 4 beer cans in the garbage. We have reached out to the owner to no avail and have given him ample time to reach out to us. I'm thoroughly disgusted and disappointed.
When we showed up for a consultation on Wednesday (9/5/18) we had to sit for an hour waiting on the owner to open the doors because apparently his son was sleeping in the back and didn't wake up to open the business on time (12pm according to their hours listed). We waited for almost an hour and he finally showed up around 1pm to open the door and wake his son up. This is just not something I expected and I feel awful that Marielle had to explain to us that we had to leave because the owner had just called and screamed to her that everyone needed to "get the fuck out of his shop." His words...
This is a bizarre experience to say the least. I am upset, confused and completely blown away by how this business is run.
