DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM KEFFER KIA! I bought a used car from Keffer Kia Mooresville in February when it was freezing cold. One month later, as soon as the weather turned a little warmer, I discovered the air conditioner did not work . Took it in immediately after discovery ( I am even still under their 3 month/3,000 miles dealer warranty) and was told, after some discussion, that yes they (Sales) would take care of it....that was until Service realized it needed a new compressor. All of the sudden their story was that it must have broken in the month I had it. THE AIRCONDITIONER WAS NEVER USED. I FULLY believe they sold me this car with a busted air-conditioner and NEVER disclosed that to me at the time of the sale. My first clue should have been when the sales guy mentioned it was a good thing I had come in that night since it was scheduled to go to auction the next day. I will never purchase a car (used or new) from them again and would highly caution anyone else looking to buy from them.

Our sales person was SOOOOO worried about his cell phone to make sure got the attention we needed. Needless to say he missed that sale. Hendrix Chevrolet got our business.

I had a warranty issue and brought my Sorento in. Justin informed me that the part would have to be ordered, it would take a couple of days, and that he would call me. I waited a week and a half waiting on a call and then called Justin. Justin told me that the part is not in and it would need to be ordered and that he would call me. I waited another week and a half went by and I had not heard from him yet again. At this point, I was more than a little aggrevated. I called Justin and asked if the part was in and he told me it was. I thanked him and told him that I was on my way. He said he would see if he could fit me in, and I told him no, you will fit me in as this is my one day off and this has gone on long enough with you not following thru with what you have said. When I got there I got a very cold reception from Justin, no apologies of any sort. The work was done quickly and while checking out I wanted to clear the air. I apologized for being so demanding during our phone call, but explained my frustrations with him not calling me as he stated he would numerous times. Again, no response from Justin and no apologies. I was so frustrated with the whole ordeal that I wrote an email to the Service Manager, Steve Capobianco and the General Manager at the time, and did not hear anything in response. I work in sales and service and if I don't follow thru with what I tell someone, then I'm not going to be very successful. Justin's actions are just plain unacceptable. Act like a grown up, not a child that just got their hand smacked for misbehaving.

Shannon Moore helped me find the right car in my price range while Chris Fann gave a great rate on my car. First spot if you are looking to buy a car!!!

I was so pleased with the service we received at Keffer!!! The new car process was easier than I ever imagined. Eric was an awesome person to work with. He got us an awesome deal on our new 2013 Sportage without any pressure!!

We will definitely keep our business at Keffer!

Went to take a look and Sean Craig was AWESOME! He was so helpful and knew anything and everything about the cars..... We were looking to buy for a future purpose but there will be no more looking. When we are ready to buy you best know that we will be coming to see Craig!

Today I made my first solo new car purchase. I went in feeling apprehensive about making a huge decision and new financial commitment following a messy divorce settlement. Hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to. I live in Asheville, NC, not even a mile from my work is a Paramount Kia. I went there and immediately did not want to do business with them, they were terrible.

I called Keffer Kia and spoke to Shawn Tate in sales. He guaranteed that he would meet my satisfaction and get me in the car I want for the right price. I drove almost 2 hours away to get there. I can't put into words how great and helpful Shawn was. He got me the most out of my trade in and the best value for my new Kia Optima SX. Shawn also stayed late well after the hours of closing, just to show me how to get my bluetooth hooked up and to show me the ins and outs of my new Kia.

Hands down I would recommend Keffer Kia over any other kia dealership, even if you have to drive the miles to get there. And when you do, make sure you see Shawn Tate!!
