        left the grill broken, waiting on parts, went to home depot bought a new grill .they used to be good

        Product took 2 weeks longer to...

        Product took 2 weeks longer to arrive than I was told and had to call multiple times for updates. Then after driving 40 minutes out of my way to pick it up they closed early. 5:03 by the atomic clock and not a person in sight after I called 2 times to say I was on my way. Very sad. You would get better service at a chain store any day.
