Went there to get a belt for a lawn tractor. Told them the model number. They looked it up and sold me a belt. Took the belt home and found that it did not fit. Went back the next day and they admitted that it was the wrong belt. They did not have the correct belt. They refunded all but $2. That was their restocking fee - for their mistake. Ridiculous!

I took my Mom and Dad mower deck in, to have the idle pulley bolt welded. went in and talked to parts lady said I need the model number when the I.D. number is on the deck. service guy came out to the truck to get deck I told them I was try to fine out the model number of tractor. He was the most rudest service man I have ever dealt with he WALKED away and said" well when ever you figure it our let me know. " I had to go back to the shop and ask someone to come and get the deck. their were 3 guys standing around a mower and they all looked up and looked total away from me. like to see who else was going to help me. So again I said "Excuse me." They finally came and got the deck. They had the deck for 10 days to weld something that would only take about 5 minutes replaced 2 blades and they have the never to charge my parents $277.35 which $218.00 was just labor. If they charge the farmers this much money no wonder so many small farmers quite and no wonder John Deere prices are so high. My father in law and husband were in the lawn and garden business for 45years they never charged that much. I will never recommend Reynolds in Mooresville again nor will my parents ever go there again. My father was a farmer all his life. If my father wasn't handicapped my husband and him would of fixed it themselves. We were trying to honor dad arrangement that he already made, so we took it into J.D. I just feel terrible that my parent were taken by such are reputable company.

I took my Stilh 026 chainsaw in for repair "starting problem" and asked how long it would be for service. I was told about 1 week. One week later I called and they said they had not got to it yet "person that does the work was on vacation." I told them then why did you tell me a week if you knew that it was going to be longer. I then told them that I would be by and pick it up and take it somewhere else. They then told me that they would have it done by the following day. When I picked it up I was charged $58.27 for a tune up. I used it 3 days latter and it would not idle right. It seemed that it would not fully rev up. I then tried to use it 3 days latter and it would not even start. I then took it to another Stihl dealer in Plainfield and they said that the carb setting were set wrong on it and adjusted it. I then used it the following day and the saw ran like it was brand new. I was told by this dealer bring it back in and they would take another look at it. NO WAY you had your chance. I wonder if they let the neighbor kid try to work on it and thats why it was such a poor job. I just wonder if the same person that does the chainsaw repair also works on the tractors?
