Sandro Sampaio Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy

I do not live close to the school, after leaving the army and returning to OK I thought this would be a good place to train. I took one class and was disappointed, then got a job that required me to be gone. I called and tried to cancel, he only cares about getting paid and insisted I was stuck in the contract.

I have been going to Sandro Sampaio's for around a year and a half now, and I love it! I not only enjoy jiu jitsu, but I love everyone at Sandro's too. He is a great mentor, athlete, and martial artist. If you want to learn a style of grappling that is good for mma, self defense, or sport Bjj, you can look no further. Sandro is very patient, and a great teacher to help you get started! The atmosphere is family oriented, and it's all about learning jiu jitsu, being healthy, and having fun. His slogan says it all, "Balance, Loyalty, Family".

If you want to learn jiu-jitsu check this place out! The instructor knows what he's doing and will train you properly. Great people and the best jiu-jitsu place around.

I've been practicing general martial arts on/off my entire life...Sandro has really taken my knowledge and skills to the next level! I'm proud to pay him for his knowledge and instruction! It would be a once in a life time experience to train in Brazil. Training with Sandro is the next best thing!

Ask anyone and they will tell you that Sandro is very passionate about teaching what he truly loves. I would recommend him to anyone and trust him with my own son.

I have twin 8 yo boys and it's impossible to find something that they both love and you did it, they love your classes.

I thought the gym was awesome and so is the instructor Sandro! I really enjoy the people there too! My friends have wanted me to take Jiu-Jitsu for a while but when i attended places to check it out, i wasn't impressed...when i visited Sandro's academy I was surprised that I became interested. I feel like he's a fantastic instructor and doesn't mind assisting those of us that aren't necessarily great just yet!!!!!!

Not only have I taken classes here but also my 10 year old daughter has taken classes here. Sandro is such a caring person and instructor!!! He was not only interested in how well I did in his class but what my personal fitness goals were and how I planned on reaching them. Also, he was such a sweetheart with my daughter!!! She is pretty much a girly girl and does cheerleading but wanted to give this a try just for something different. At first she was a little timid but Sandro brought her right out of her shell. Gave her so much more confidence not only in her classes but in her personal life as well. I HIGHLY recommend Sandro's to anyone and everyone!!! Sandro is not only experienced but also very professional!!! Thank you for helping my family reach our personal fitness goals! We couldn't have done it without Sandro!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! I have 3 of my children in the kids class, and my children love it!!! The instructor Sandro is fantastic with my kids, He doesn't just care about teaching them but he also shows them that he truly cares for them by asking about their school and home life! They just love him and are always excited about going! I would instantly recommend this place to all my friends and family!!!!

Awesome classes and instructors! Anyone who thinks otherwise must not be able to handle the workouts! If you want total fun with training this is definitely the place to be!

This is absoutly the worst gym I have ever attended, the owner, if he shows up to tournaments is late and don't care about nothing but getting paid!!!
