PC Repair and Setup

I had issues with my laptop locking up and sometimes it would boot up with just a black screen. I called PC Repair and Setup and spoke with JD. He soon showed up and began looking at my laptop. About 10 minutes later JD was gathering his things, and I asked him if he was finished, he said yep, you are good to go. Sure enough, my laptop booted up just like it used to and I haven't had one single lockup since. Get this, his slogan about it being free if he can fix it in twenty minutes or less is true. He said, "Sir there won't be any charge being it only took about 10-15 minutes". I was in disbelief. Very good customer service and honors his word, plus JD really knows his stuff.

We had a cracked LCD screen on our laptop and other repair companies were outrageous. We called PC Repair and Setup and JD not only replaced our LCD screen, he performed a free ad aware install and scan to remove spyware and such for free. And get this, he charged us cost for the LCD screen and only charged 30 bucks for labor for replacing the screen. Great service and professional. Why can't other companies offer good old fashion service like this.

JD is very professional. I had a virus on my laptop and JD was able to remove it and restored my laptop to like new again. He also installed a wireless network for us so everyone in the house could surf the net from anywhere, NO more cords!!! Would recommend to anyone! Thx JD.
