Hillcrest Nursing Center

my aunt is there and she always seems happy and clean. she likes it there because it is quiet.

The only problem is with laundry.
Her stuff doesnt seem to make it back to her.

Great staff finally! Admin has really turned this place around!!!!!!!!! Food is much better as well.!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible. We just came to visit our neighbor and if I could I would take him out of here right now. The workers are rude and in caring. Not to mention his wallet was stolen his first day here. I hope his family gets him out of here quickly.

Horrible!!! Staff is not helpful and don't care about the people. They never respond to the help lights. Never give MANDATORY therapy funded by the government. We got the person and when we returned they didn't even know the person was gone! I would have given this place a 0 star rating but that's not possible.
These people are just a cash cow feeding on the government. (PS we moved the person (whom I'm not disclosing for safety reasons, that's how bad they are) to a better place) Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

My dad is a resident here. My daughter took him out for the day. I called to talk to someone about a problem with his cig the charge nurse on his hall did not know who he was or that he was even gone.
