H & H Garage Doors

We had a signed invoice for them to install 2 garage door openers. They came out to install only one told me that's all I was getting. then they had the nerve to say that they had a copy of the signed invoice saying I only wanted one garage door opener. Even as I was looking at my signed copy in front of me but clearly stated to separate garage door openers. Then they tried to blame the mistake on me because they didn't take the time to come out and do a testament that it was going to take much more work and a different motor to do the other garage door opener. I don't do garage door openers for a living. how was I to know that they would need to know that one of our garages was not a full length garage? They ended up not finishing the job at all and we're very hateful. Totally unprofessional and very poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Dissapointed! we have used H & H a few times in the past and have always been very pleased with Robert i have even reccomended them to people.
well this time we called got an appointment for 5pm monday no one showed called next day was told they said tuesday at 5pm... ok maybe there was a miss communication 5pm tuesday comes around no one shows called today was told the person tried to call, i am sorry but NOBODY called to let us know they were not coming very dissapointed in this service and we will let everyone know how awful the communication has been.

We use Robert consistently because he's friendly, honest, and thoroughly consistent.
(Very affordable, too!)

The owner came to my house, flipped a switch on the garage door and applied some spray. He was here less than 15 minutes and charged me $85 for a service call. What a joke. I could have flipped this switch and applied spray and saved my $85.
Maybe they should ask you some questions about what is going on with your door to help troubleshoot the problem prior to driving out to your home. This could have been solved over the phone. Disappointed!

I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 1300. The repairman, Robert, called my cell phone at 1213 and said he was heading my way. I was in the garage waiting for him to show. He did not show at 1300. I called back at 1330 to let him know I was in the garage and to rap on the garage door. I called him again at 1530 and again at 1600. I called the shop. Voicemail said they would call back in 15 mins. Never heard from anyone. My grand daughter found Robert's card on the ground outside. He came to the house sometime and just left. He did not call my cell phone to say he was there. Wasted an entire day waiting for sub par service!

Worst customer service experience. I was hung up on not once but twice. I will never use this business again.

I had a estimate of 1754.00 from a company that came by my house to look at repairing my garage door .. I about passed out . So I made a few more calls to see if this was what I was in store for. No one seemed to be interested in doing the job until I ran across a friendly voice at H&H she made me feel much better about how I felt about the previous estimate. They came out and did everything the other hand company said they would for 470.00.!!!! I would definitely refer them to anyone !

I was a little hesitant about calling them after reading some of the reviews, but I am so glad I did. I called them at 9:30 am and Robert was here within an hour. He knew exactly what was wrong with my door and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and will refer them to anybody looking for a garage repair company.

Last week our garage door went off track and stuck about 3 feet off the ground. Called H & H about 9 am. By 9:15 there was a repairman here and within a half hour the door was back in operation. He could have stuck me with parts I did not need but charged only for a one hour service call. We appreciated the speed and quality of service.

I called and the office staff was great. She worked with me to get Robert out there as soon as possible. From the time I called them until the repair was complete was less than 2 hours. Pretty amazing in these days of "let me give you a four hour window" service calls. I was very happy with the service and the price. Highly recommend them!!

I had a wonderful experience. They are quick, professional, and courteous. I would highy recommend them!

Robert came out on a Saturday and installed a new spring. Educated me on the status of my "Overhead Door Company" opener in regards to repair and parts if the need should arise. All in all and pleasant experience. I feel I got an honest price for the repair. I would recommend H&H to my friends and neighbors.

I called H&H at @8:45 and the repairman was at my home @11:30! This was after I called two other companies and had been told that It would be the next day before they could repair my garage door opener. Robert was very professional and explained what the problem was and how he was able to repair it. He also lubricated all the parts and told me what other problems to beware of. Very satisfied with the service provided.

I called another company & they said they could come out in 2 days at 3. So I called Janet around 10:00, she was friendly & told me someone would be out today. 1 Hour later Robert showed up, I was surprised by how quickly he showed up. He was professional, tried swapping out a new board, but that didn't work, so he gave me my options & told me he'd be back later after 3:00 & the price the new drive would cost, very reasonable. Around 6:30 he called me to make sure I was home, he arrive around 7, & was complete within an hour. Very satisfied and would certainly use H&H again.

Janet the lady who works for Robert and schedules his appointments seems to have no clue what customer service is about. I called this company today, and requested for someone to come and take a look at my broken garage door and Robert promptly came over this morning at around 9:30 and looked at it and gave me a quote for a new door, since in his expert opinion the door was irreparable and a new door was needed. Willing to accept his verdict but desperate to get it resolved right away since the garage door wasnt working at all, I asked him how soon he could fix it and he told me to contact Janet who would put me on a schedule. I asked again if fixing it today would be possible, and I got an apologetic no, which I accepted. Since I was in a rush to get it fixed, I made some phone calls to other companies and managed to get an appointment for the door to be fixed today. Finally, after the day had passed and everything was done and over with, I heard back from Janet at 5:00 PM asking me when I wanted to be put on a schedule. I politely informed her that I had managed to find someone to take care of it today, and she told me in the nastiest tone of voice that "I don't appreciate you using our information and giving it to another company." Completely incredulous by her tone of voice and behaviour, I told her calmly that as a customer I'm perfectly entitled to contact as many vendors as I want, to get MY work done. Upon which I was rudely informed that "Yes, you are perfectly entitled to do whatever you want. I'm just going to put you on my list I guess." And then before I could get a word in, she slammed the phone on me, which shocked me to the point that I'm now here typing this review. I can't believe that lady has the nerve to tell me that I can't contact other companies after contacting hers first. That just tells me that something is completely amiss here, and I'm so glad I didn't have to deal with her after all to get my work done. I have nothing against Robert, he was prompt and sincere, but Janet needs lessons in customer service. I'm seriously disgusted by her behaviour.

Called on a Saturday morning around 8am and left a message. Return phone call came back within 10 minutes. Robert was at my house and fixed the broken cable, replaced 2 rollers and made some adjustments to my opener and was finished by 10am. We will be calling again in the future!! Completely exceeded my expectations!!

I had them show up to measure for my house. Robert came out and was very professional or so I thought. Tried calling them and left messages, so I could find out what it was going to cost. It's been over two weeks and still haven't heard anything from them. Decided to go with another company.

We called at 5:53 on Saturday afternoon because our spring had just broke on our garage door. They got to our house and had it fixed by 7:13. It doesn't get better than that!

Very Fast. Very Efficient. I called this company at 0700 on a Saturday morning. They called back and arrived at my house within two hours. The door was fixed within an hour. I'd definitely suggest using this company.
