24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Inc

I have great concerns about this fitness center. I joined when it was LA Fitness. I did not go much before it changed to 24 Hour Fitness, but the service has changed. All the employees stand at the front desk. There is nobody to ask questions on the exercise floor. Nobody is monitoring for possible misuses of equipment. I have seen several incidents that could have turned disastrous. If something would happen this club could be in for a lawsuit, as there is nobody watching the customers. I also asked to get some help with working the weight machines because I have not used them, due to not knowing how to adjust them, etc. I called before going to workout and was told a manager would have to help me with that. I have never had a call.
