        Old hag receptionist was rude, Dr. Voth was awful. His manner is reminiscent of the murderer on the movie "Psycho" and quite frankly, he frightened me. He got personal and somewhat violent when he thought I "stole" some Q-Tips. Guess they are short on those in the 3rd world communist countries he likely got his medical training in. What a classless slob.
