We are small business advocates specializing in representing our clients (the debtors) in the mediation and restructuring of their problem debts, resulting in saving businesses, maintaining their viability and keeping them out of court and bankruptcy. Our services also include capital acquisition, enabling us to find new sources of financing giving our clients cash flow infusion as the need arises (This is an area we may run into some clients who could use your asset based lending). JV Financial Solutions (JVFS) is NOT a collection agency but a specialist firm that provides a service based on the our unique system for Business Debt Mediation to companies with bad debt or cash flow problems. We are trained, licensed and certified by, and are members of International Association of Business Mediation Consultants (IABMC). If there is no settlement, there is NO fee. Our aim is to reduce our clents’ business problem debts by 30% to 70% and our system has over 95% success rate. As we only charge fees on a successful satisfactory conclusion, our clients have nothing to lose but their problem debts.
