I bought a Lexus LS 400 from Topline a week ago. The salesman was very polite and professional. I went there twice before deciding to buy the car and the staff took me on a test drive each time. They negotiated fairly and I was very happy with the whole experience. I would definitely shop there again.

I am particular about what I drive. I spent 2 weeks looking for a used Infiniti i35. I looked from San Diego to Los Angeles in addition to searching the Inland Empire. I viewed 12 separate vehicles in person, and reviewed roughly 25 total online.

Out of all the cars, I chose the one from Topline.

Reasons:

* Great service. I worked with 1 person, Ethan. He answered my initial phone call (and worked with me from beginning to end). When I initially called the vehicle had just been taken in and as of yet did not have any photos. Ethan shot images immediately and sent them to me. It looked clean and I made an appointment to visit the vehicle.

* I had viewed several i35's in SoCal. This vehicle was IMMACULATE. Really a find. I had a price in mind, I pitched the number to Ethan. He took it on the spot. No hassle. I was truly shocked.

* The paperwork process was 25 minutes. They took care of everything. The plates showed up in the mail 2 weeks later.

* I took the car to an independent Infiniti shop carzoneautorepair.com. They looked the car over... They asked how much I had paid for it, and they were truly impressed. The car was SUPER clean mechanically and aesthetically. The only thing I need is 2 new front tires.

* I will definitely return to Topline for future auto purchases. If you have any doubts about this company, I would really put them aside and go check out the vehicle... Truly a class act. Everyone I met was courteous and downright friendly.

Thank you to Topline and to Ethan for getting me into the car I wanted, without the hassles that are usually associated with buying a car.

I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end.

I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts!

The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new.

The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! I love my car!!! Thank you so much Ethan! I appreciate the awesome service and quality vehicle. Grateful!!!

Holy Crapline Automotive, do not trust this dealer. They sell cars that have been in major accidents and bondo repaired. I was told by Ethan the saleperson there that I was getting a accident free car and 6 months later SURPRISE!. He guaranteed this fact showing me the accident free carfax. Well I was shocked when my car started cracking just 6 months later. Called them and all they said was buyer beware!! Well please people here is your Beware. I had read a similar story about Topline before I bought but did not follow the advice. No one should buy cars here as they do not back up the products they sell. Now I am stuck with a huge bill. Hope my lawyer can help me out.
