Beautify Hair Salon

My friend took her daughter there for a hair straintening treatment. The hair salon manager Amy claimed they know how to work with african american hair and that it would stay straight for up to 4 months.

My friend was charged close to 300.00 for her 8 yr old daughter's hair to be straightened, well it didnt work cus in a few days it got frizzy again. The salon manager Amy said she needed it to be re-done so they charged my friend another 100.00 supposedly for the chemicals used. Well guess what? it only lasted a couple of weeks. She went back and was told by the Amy that the solution did not work due to the texture of the childs hair....in other words becuase her hair is african american texture...hellllo thats why she was asked if they knew how to work with that type of hair. well Amy did not care to refund any part of the money or to offer any type of salon credit for further hair cuts or do'. That was $400.00 plus the tip down the drain...
