This place is worthless to the mentally ill. It's in an old, run-down house and staffed mostly by nonprofessionals--volunteers, social worker trainees, etc. The one therapist I saw was less than worthless. She gave me information and advice that I know are plain wrong.

Avoid this place if you need help with a mental health problem like depression. The "staff" I saw are not professionaly trained and are more likely to do you harm than any good. Also don't go to an ER or "crisis center"; they're worthless. Your family doctor can usually help or there are low-cost mental health places like SERV.
