I met with Ms. Urling the owner of first Prestige Mortgage Service a few days ago.
Ms. Urling was very helpful, professional and full of helpful advise. This is my first time working with a Mortgage Broker and my experience was very educational. There was things I had no knowledge of that Ms. Urling enlightened me on. I have referred her services to others who have started looking for a mortgage and guide them in planning. She is a excellent Mortgage Broker.

*Please check the reviews, which appear to be fake as many are written in the same format with Urling as the poster and only have positive things to say--take warning about these fake reviews!* Autumn Urling, is disorganized and unclear with the entire proceedings on both her and your end when working with her. She has frequently canceled appointments without warning me in advance--usually on the day I was supposed to meet with her. She often does not pick up the office phone so it makes it difficult to reach her to talk business or reschedule my appointments. She has arrived late to her office numerous times. She is very unprofessional (look at her website to see it is full of typos and mostly information about her instead of the company), has an office with no staff (besides one other person whom I've spoken to, Ms. Urling has admitted that it's just the two of them--very telling) and simply inadequate in dealing with something as serious as mortgages. I will tell others to take their business somewhere else. I had to say something since I don't want anyone else to go through the trouble that I did and be duped by these false reviews!
