First Mountain Music

Jim from First Mountain music is a comprehensive guitar teacher for any age. I'm 26 and have only ever played open chords on guitar (I like to sing). Jim is helping me put theoretical knowledge behind my playing and explaining challenging musical competencies in ways I can understand. He's teaching me to write music for the first time and I actually like how my work is coming out! He also teaches my 7 year old niece, and she absolutely loves him. She is playing so well.

I hired First Mountain (the band) to play at a company cocktail hour I had to organize, and they did an outstanding job. They play Jazz and awesome original music as well. They were early, went with the flow, and were sensitive to the acoustics of the room. I think they have alternate horn set ups depending on the event. Everyone loved them and the party was a hit, I was so excited.

Lastly, Jim has transcribed some original music for me for a great rate. I've recommended him to some of my friends who are more serious musicians and they have all been really happy with his work as well.
