Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a technique used at Hart Family Chiropractic in conjunction with manual adjustments. Together chiropractic care and deep tissue massage will help your spine stay aligned and your muscles pain/stress free.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy places strong demands on a woman's body and is a time for the body to be nurtured and pampered. This massage not only relieves the tensions and aches caused by the extra weight and shift in the center of gravity to the body, but it reduces swelling, soothes the nervous system, acts as a tonic, reduces fatigue, and enhances energy.
Chair Massage

Neuromuscular Therapy

Chiropractic Adjustments
Hart Chiropractic was honored to be the Chiropractors for the ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition 100th Episode which took place in Minnesota in August of 2007. We were invited to provide chiropractic adjustments and chair massages to all of the workers that were building the house, the volunteers helping out and camera crew and staff as well. We were set up in a break area for workers just feet away from the house site. It was so wonderful to see the progress as the day went along and see how much had changed as we would leave at night and come back the next morning.
Spinal Adjustments
A long-standing muscle problem for which I had not been able to find help brought me, in near desperation, to Hart Family Chiropractic (thanks to my daughter's recommendation). But, that's a work making good progress and not what I want to write about. Rather, it's the "side benefits" of the spinal adjustment program that Dr. Hart designed for me. Some very recognizable and others not so apparent, but resulting harmoniously in improving bodily function. For many years late summer allergies, particularly ragweed and goldenrod, have resulted in a sore nose and teary, itchy eyes. This year, fields rich with these weeds surrounding our home had no effect on me! And I am even a better driver! Now I can turn my head to the left and right, increasing my ability to size up driving situations. In addition, my mind is sharper - no "brain fog". I have always enjoyed thinking through and solving problems. Memory is improved too. Ability to fall asleep at night is also improved. Needless to say, I am functioning closer to my optimum and am much happier for it, thanks to Dr. Hart's expertise, care and helpful team.
Subluxation
Your brain and spinal cord controls all function and healing in your body. We look to see if that spine is lining up properly and want to make sure there is not pressure on the spinal nerves which can cause symptoms. When you are having symptoms, they are your body's way of telling you something is wrong. If there is a misalignment of the spine or vertebrae, it can cause interference of the Central Nervous System. We call this misalignment a Subluxation. Our goal in your exam is to assess your spine for Subluxations.

Applied Kinesiology
Chiropratic treatment is gentle, efficient, and affordable. We accept most major insurance plans and can tailor budget plans for those who may be uninsured or have limited health benefits. Every patient receives a full report of our findings and is given a full analysis of their x-rays, including copies to take home. All patients are educated on their condition and given instructions for how they can avoid and prevent future damage to their body at home and at work. We use some of the most advanced techniques available today for spinal correction and extremity adjusting. Our techniques mainly consist of full spine adjusting with Chiropractic Biophysics. We are also trained in techniques such as: Pettibon, Gonsted, Applied Kinesiology, Activator, Diversified, Trigger Point Therapy, and many others that may be indicated for treatment of a particular condition. Our office also utilizes the unique rehabilitative traction system that is used to restore neck and spinal curves.
