Staff is not knowledgeable on different types of policies that they offer. Poor customer service: Did not return emails or calls; I had to go into the office and even then they gave me wrong information; they did not follow up on policy to ensure it was completed. Policy was canceled and moved to another agency, which had no problem completing the policy.
