- A native of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Dr. Salman attended Princeton University and received a B.A. in History from Lafayette College. In college, he was on the Dean’s List and was elected to the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Dr. Salman received his D.D.S. degree from New York University College of Dentistry, and completed the General Practice Residency at the Bellevue Hospital Center-New York University Medical Center. Dr. Salman continued in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the Bellevue Hospital Center-New York University Medical Center, and served as the Chief Resident of the program. Following his residency, Dr. Salman taught at New York University College of Dentistry and attained the rank of Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Salman is an Associate Adjunct Surgery attending at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and is an attending in the Dental Department at Monmouth Medical Center.

Provided by DexKnowsI had my widom teeth pulled by Dr Salman and even though I hate going to the dentist, he made the whole experience pleasant.His dental assistant was realy nice too.
Dr Salman put in a dental implant after a root canal tooth got infected and had to be pulled.Needless to say,I was freaked out about losing a tooth,but the doctor and staff were all very nice, caring and helpful.They made the whole experience pretty easy.

Provided by Doctor.comDr Salman took my wisdom teeth out and everything went perfectly, no problems at all. Dr Salman and his whole staff were caring,nice and helpful. I even told my sister to go to him to get her teeth out. Defiantly go here for dental surgery.
This is the best dentist Ive ever seen. I was really frightened when I had to see a surgeon to have my back teeth removed. It was so easy and quick. Dr Salman and all his staff are so nice and professional. I would send anyone to see him.
