The nail tech that serviced me was unprofessional. I visited with another person (my grown daughter) and I was charged for both services. She did not bother to ask. She did not put my top coat of glitter on "said it was too thick do it at home" and to top everything off she did not say "Thank You" and I'm the paying customer. Of course the day I visited the manager was not there.

I went in for a full set of nails and pedicure. During set of nails technician kept nicking my cuticles and was rushing. I have acrylic gel hardened all over the skin on my hands and fingers. When I pointed out something I did not like, the technician acted like I was bothering her and it was a problem. My nails are bumpy and not straight. During the pedicure the technician must have cut one of my toes, but never said anything. All of a sudden my toe was burning, I am guessing from alcohol because I was bleeding. The technician never said anything at all. Not what happened or I am sorry. I paid way too much and will never go back there again.
