I hate i had to even give them one star i have had service with this company since august 30th and in this brief period of time they have never picked my garbage up not one single time i have called repeatedly and they have told me that they would put in a work order and it would be picked up that day and here it is 4 days later my 2 garbage cans are still at the end of my driveway full of garbage which is where they will remain until they come get them so now i have to make a trip to the landfill and i will be at their office first thing in the morning this company SUCKS!!! and im out $87 dollars please dont make the same mistake

On February 26th, when our trash was picked up, the trash container was left where it was hit by a passing car. I called GBTUSA and requested a replacement container as the old one was now missing it's wheels I was told it would take one to three weeks for a replacement to arrive. After the 3rd week had passed, I called and was told by customer service that they would make a note of it and get it taken care of. This week I called and reminded them that it was four weeks and was told by customer service that she would get a note to the manager. Today the new container was still not received. My call was transferred to another line and that led to voicemail I am 78 years old and have a 200 foot driveway that I have to drag the wheel-less container down. While the people in customer service were nice, there is no follow through and as a net result, this is a terrible company to do business with.

Horrible service. People manning the phones can't seem to make things happened. Could not get print out of account,asked twice. Was promised credit, was billed full amount. Still have the VM promising the credit. Trash picked up less than half the time. Even had trouble getting their can removed. Wish there was a minus star.

Service is awful and there was a criminal takeover of Covenent waste
