I don't claim to know a lot about surveying but as my x would say "I think he is a bit Pricey"

My parents were giving us a couple of acres of land to build a house. We called several surveyors and different county agencies to determine what to do and no one could really help us. Finally, we called Mr. Rushing and he knew exactly what to do. He was very quick to respond to us and came out to do our survey within a couple of days. He is very professional and courteous and really helpful to us. We can not recommend him highly enough.

As a NC Registered Consulting Forester I occasionally come across woodlands for which boundary information is sketchy, at best. Of the different surveyors I have worked behind over the years, Mr. Rushing is simply the best, hands down, no contest. He is timely, considerate and attentive to details.
