B & M Upholstery & Auto Glass

My experience at B & M Upholstery could not have been worse. I purchased a complete interior for my car and all B&M had to do was install the glass, seatbelts and the interior. I would go by and check on the car and they gave me a very condescending attitude and talked down to my wife with their "good old boy attitude" to the point on future visits she refused to get out of the car. Bottom line, my car sat in their shop for six months untouched. They damaged my interior and didn't accept blame, they scratched and damaged my car and didn't accept blame. They insulted me telling me they didn't work on the car because they didn't know the "status of the finances". When it came down to it, they explained the seat belts were the hold up and they were not going to install them. So when I picked my car up so I could take it and have the seat belts installed at another shop, they told me not to bring the car back because they didn't want my business. They wasted my time for six months and caused warranties to expire. In the future when I am at a car show and anyone asks where I got my work done, the first thing I am going to tell them is where NOT to take their car for upholstery work. B&M was simply terrible!
