Horrible! They have made me Kate for everything I have called them for. Then when I call to explain how mad I am I got laughed at!!!

Refused to taxi my three young children and myself because he said no one can sit up front. I told him we were at Meijer with groceries and he still would not come. Little does he know he picked us up before and I sat in front. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NULL AND VOID !!!

Called in advance to get a ride to work guy never shows up!!!! Called and got voicemail

Who ever used this service and actually HAD a pick up must of been lucky. Needed them this morning and all I kept getting was the message regarding their voice mail not being set up. You would figure with all the good ratings they had, somebody would be there to answer the phone. Certainly will never try them again. Only giving ONE star because that is the lowest you can go; to me, they don't even deserve that.

Only used this service twice and both times I was completely satisfied. For a few years now, I've been without a car so Bus, Walk and Cabs were my only transportation. I have been using Monroe Cab for the years, and each time there is always something they 'come' up with. Like, living on the other side of Dunbar, charging extra to pay, or, only allowing 4 people in the car and that means that we had to put my nephew on the curb so the rest can get home?! How in the world can you hire a cab driver and do something like that? I even had one lady, drive around two blocks when we were on the street that lead to our house, saying she didn't want to ruin the car? Uh, I don't have all the money in the world to waste on them and their stupidity. Not only that, I was stranded with my family, called eleven times to get a ride home, and they didn't answer until after 9 to tell me that they were closed. I was calling way earlier than that, and they didn't even answer the phone to say anything like "I'm sorry, we're closed." So I threw a fit and he hung up. HATE those people! Needless to say, I've deleted the number from my phone, and now use this one. Thank you for great service. Friendly people you have driving for you. Bout time someone else came to Monroe to hopefully put the other cab out of buisness. You put them to shame. :)

This cab company is Great!!! They are the most professional cab company I have ever used. They have helped us in tight timelines and have exceeded our expectations. They are quick to communicate and on top of their game. Highly recommend their service.

The service is top notch! Very clean cars! Respectable drivers! Im so glad they have 24 HR service. This town needs this ecspecially for people that work nights and when the bus stops running. So thank you. I Recommend n Appreciate your services.
