We have been in the rental business for over 35 years and it is very common for someone to start screaming "black mold" about the same time that they can no longer pay the rent. Item 17 of our lease clearly states that "Prevention and removal of mold is a cleaning problem and shall be the responsibility of tenant". If this person did not hide behind the screen of "anonymous" I could tell you how much rent he did not pay and what damages he left behind.

I rented from this so called Landlord for 2 years.It was the biggest mistake ever.We were sick the whole time we lived there and incurred several hospital bills.Come to find out from a prior tenant the home had black mold in it.He also kept my security deposit for things that we did not damage.The home was in better condition when we moved out than it was when we moved in.
