Crickets

Flies

Centipedes

Beetles

While you will likely never see the beetle itself, the damage can be identified by the small round holes they create in infested wood along with the frass they leave behind.
Scorpions
Scorpions can be identified by their pinchers and segmented tail. The venomous stinger is used to paralyze and kill insects and spiders. If they were to sting a human, however, most species only cause pain compared to that of a wasp sting. If the person is allergic to scorpion venom the results could be more painful or life-threatening.
Hornets
Yellow jackets are black and yellow patterned and are 3/8 to 5/8 inch long. As with bald-faced hornets, they can sting multiple times and will sting if they perceive a threat to their territory. Their nests are typically in the ground or in higher areas such as eaves or attics.

Indian meal moths are known for feeding on corn meal, but will also feed on dried fruits, seeds, nuts, sweets, bird seed, dog food, etc. They have red-brown coloring on the outer part of their wings and are up to 5/8-inch long. Their main threat is contaminating infested food products.
Stink Bugs
Brown marmorated stink bugs are gray-brown in color and 3/4 inch long. They release an unpleasant odor when crushed or disturbed. They do pose a threat to crops, but otherwise are just a nuisance pest because of their tendency to invade homes in large numbers.
Mites
Most ladybugs are beneficial species of the beetle family. They eat other insects such as mites and mealybugs. A few ladybug species are leaf eaters, making them plant pests. No direct pest control of ladybugs is recommended, as they are most often beneficial insects that cause no health or structural hazards. As far as ladybug removal is concerned, temporary relief can be achieved by vacuuming and sealing possible entry points.
Springtails
Springtails derive their name from the spring-like structure that allows them to jump. They are nuisance pests that prefer high moisture areas where they can feed on decaying vegetation, bacteria, pollen, algae and the like. Since they are in search for moisture, Springtails often make their way into bathrooms, kitchens and crawl spaces as well as potted plants. Outdoors, they may be found in damp areas such as mulch, leaf piles and logs. If springtails are found in your house, the best way to remove them is to dry out the area of springtail infestation, after which they will leave or die. If the area cannot be dried, then the appropriate pesticide should be applied.
Boxelder Bugs
Boxelder bugs often are found on and around boxelder trees, hence their name. They feed on leaves, flowers, and seeds. While boxelder bugs do not bite, they do have piercing sucking mouthparts that can puncture skin and cause irritation similar to that of a mosquito bite.

Raccoons
Fleas are dark red-brown in color and are 1/12 to 1/16-inch long. They will feed on any warm-blooded body, typically dogs, cats, or humans. They may also infest wildlife animals such as raccoons, skunks, or opossums. They can carry diseases and cause allergies in pets. Frequent vacuuming and lawn maintenance can help deter this pest.

Rodents
The Norway rat is the largest of rodents. They damage materials, eat and contaminate stored food and carry disease. They are 7 to 9 ¼ inches long with course brown and black fur. Signs of a house mouse infestation include gnaw marks, droppings, burrows, damaged goods, etc. They will eat almost anything, and enjoy meat, cereal and dog food in particular. They nest along embankments, sewers, basements and sometimes in attics. To eradicate and control Norway rats, it is important to understand their behavior in order to effectively set traps.
Mice
The house mouse is the most commonly seen rodent. They damage materials, eat and contaminate stored food and carry disease. Adult house mice are about 3 inches in size and dusty gray in color with a white belly. Signs of a rat infestation include gnaw marks, droppings, burrows, damaged goods, etc. They eat many kinds of food, preferring seeds and insects. They typically nest in dark, undisturbed places as mice are nocturnal creatures. Control is based on behavior - to set traps effectively, place them where mice are likely to have been.
Rats
These fleas are best-known as the carriers of bubonic plague from rats to humans. They are found worldwide as well as in the United States, especially in seaport areas. They are reddish brown in color, and primarily feed on rats.
