This company is terrible. I brought my computer to be fixed because it ran slow. They charged me $175 and when i got home it still ran slow, i brought it back and they told me it would be 40-50 more to fix it!! What are you kidding? They then told me I could put the $175 towards a new computer, I said ok and they said all my info would be transferred to new computer. Joey called the next day and said he could not honor the $175 credit to the new computer. I had enough of there so called business practice. Never use them or call!! They LIE. If I could give zero stars I would!!

We are sorry to hear that this customer was unhappy with our service. This customer in particular has left out some important information which led to his opinion of our company. This customer brought the computer in to be repaired as he stated because it was running slow. After we diagnosed the computer we contacted the customer to let him know there were two issues causing his computer to run slow. There was a virus that had infected the computer (we charge a flat rate of $175/takes 3-4 business days to remove the virus) and the other issue was his RAM needed to be upgraded. We recommended a RAM upgrade which would speed up his older computer ($40 was the charge for this upgrade). The customer said he did NOT want to move forward with RAM upgrade, he only wanted the virus to be removed. The virus was removed at the customer’s request and yes the customer did bring the computer back to the store for us to rectify the situation. After explaining that to him not choosing to do the RAM upgrade was the reason for the slowness. The customer then decided he would like to purchase a new computer and asked if the 3-4 days worth of work ($175) could be put towards the cost of the new machine he wanted to purchase. He was told by an employee that he would speak to the owner (me) and we would let him know. We contacted the customer and let him know that we would be willing to credit him $75 of the $175 towards the purchase of the new machine, which we thought was more than fair. The customer as you can see is not happy with our decision therefore is calling our company terrible. Unfortunately, we cannot please every customer but we are a company that stands behind our work.

Overall
these guys are great!

I've use their services a lot over the years and I have always been very satisfied. POlite and friendly service, easy to talk to and they make sure you understand.
