Valley Meal Prep

This companies food is no excuse for the disorganized mess of a delivery service. The website is "under construction" and does not have the current menu. I spent the last 2 weeks dealing with unreturned texts and phone calls to try to get 5 meals and when I finally reached him I hear "I'm busy call back later". All this to get a meatball! He cooks on the weekends and delivers once a week and you are supposed to keep the food in the fridge and eat it throughout the week. Who wants to eat a 7 day old fish taco that consisted of a tortilla and a few thin slices of fish without even shredded lettuce on it!The turkey items are good but beyond that the other items are pretty BLAH. Matt seems like a really nice guy and he's just getting started so hopefully these are just growing pains. I will try again in a few months from now and most likely have a more positive experience.
