        My name is Christopher short I've been going to Osbourne's since they open and I know how to work on cars but I'm not an expert so I know prices and things so I can say with full honesty that you won't find better prices especially in Davie County where everybody's trying to get over on you they tell you what the problem is they don't add anything to it and they actually fix it you don't have to come back couple weeks later so I give them 5 stars because they're honest and work with you and have all around good staff

        Did not like at all. They get your car in the back and tear it apart and then tell you a lot of stuff that is wrong with it. Seems like they know that you can't get it and drive it away until let them fix it. They really are not very good mechanics. I had to take mine to someone else to fix the mess they made. And you can't even talk to the mechanic. He just sends messages through the secretary. Very unfair.

        I have used Osborne Tire & Auto 3 times. I don't like the fact we are not given the opportunity to speak the mechanic. The 'message' is passed on to the front desk staff in which is passed on to us...the consumer. I first experienced this at Osborne's and was quite surprised. It is close to home, so I went along with it. Also, it isn't easy to schedule a simple oil change after work, because they won't accept anyone after 5pm. Those hours aren't too friendly to the common worker.
