Harmony Transmissions

He had my sons car over a month this summer to rebuild the transmission. It has only been 3 months since it was worked and and now it is doing the same thing as before not going into gear and transmission slipping! Find someone else to work on your car if you want it fixed and done right. This man lies about his knowledge and the time he can get the work done! It is supposed to have a 3 year warranty on it so going to have to take it back and and if not fixed this time then I'm going to get a lawyer to sue him for falsely claiming to to fix it! Not sure he really rebuilt it!

I left my car with this place in early June, the man said he could fix the transmission in a couple days time. This was a lie. After one week he gave an excuse then continued to give excuses after that over and over again always saying he would "start next week." My car sat in his parking lot for over a month before I finally got tired of the waiting and excuses and took it elsewhere. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this at this location, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go due to the very bad customer service here. A month without a car really hurt me as far as getting to school and work and I do not know of anyone that can afford to wait longer than that without a car to use.
