Texas Family Pediatric Group

The doctors get a 5 star,but the front desk persons are not quiet friendly.i been going to the same place for past 16 months and it always been the same.they never call and remind you about the due appointment time ,sometimes you need to be reminded"hey,it's time for your baby's 15month check ,can we schedule an appointment?"they never do that.they are really inconsiderate about the patients situation.since I am changing jobs I have a 30 days period without insurance coverage for my baby.i asked them whether they can give him an appointment today or tomorrow they said NO knowing the situation.they insisted me to pay from out of pocket and see the doctor on my scheduled appointment next week.it is really frustrating when medical professionals behave like this.they supposed to be empathetic!!!!!i asked the lady about sugar land location and she said NO,they are full too.i decided to call the sugar land location and the front desk lady was quite understanding and empathetic ,she said they are full too but gave a spot for morning.i been in sugar land before and they are very pleasant there!!lI never seen the Riverstone front desk lady smiling!!!!!i want to insist the doctors are very pleasant and knowledgable and very caring.
