I hate writing negative reviews, however I think it's my due diligence to inform a potential customer. I own an Audi A4. I brought the car in for brake repair as well as engine mount replacement. Prindle, the customer service manager was the guy that I dealt with was very courteous. Problem #1, Prindle had no set prices. He pulled prices from the top of his head as though he's trying to get the most money out of you. The amount paid was only $20 less than Audi. That's not a real savings and after going to Audi (post repair) I found that Eurocare actually charged more for the engine mounts than the actual cost. I knew it was a bit strange because the mounts totaled an equal dollar amount...i.e. $500 vs $365.14. Problem #2, Prindle promised that he could finish the car that same day. I waited inside for over 2 hrs just to be told that he couldn't take care of it that day and that he would bring the car to me the next day. This was inconvenient and annoying. Don't make promises that you can't keep. Problem #3, The driver that brought me home (although very nice) drove very recklessly and had no GPS. I had to guide him to my house which made it very inconvenient considering the fact that I was on the phone. Problem #4, Prindle promised an oil change free of charge....well a few days ago I brought my car to get checked and really didn't trust that he did an oil change. The oil light flashed. I asked the mechanic to change the oil. I stood and watched as oil drained out of my car and the oil was as black as tar! Thus verifying my intuition.....he didn't change the oil as promised. I wasn't looking for any free services anyway. Problem #5, Again I called Prindle to ask for a price for something and he had no set amounts....he gave several different prices. Eurocare is not very much cheaper and I highly suggest that you take your car to the appropriate dealership. Problem #6: The car is shuttering a bit which may indicate that I need to bring it back in for them to readjust or fix engine mounts again.

I normally do not post a negative review however, in this case it was a potential serious safety issue for me and my family since my teens use this car for driving lessons. Eurocare, Tx6 location changed front and rear brakes and a week later noticed grinding noise and loud knocking noise when I step on brakes. I then took the car to another dealer and found they installed the wrong type of brakes. Had to spend again to get the right brakes put in. Eurocare offers full warranty on their services but unsure if I would really find out about the wrong brakes if I took it there. The attitude I received after reporting this problem has been very nonchalant and received with pretty much disbelief from the location manager. I didn’t get a refund for the wrong and poor service. I also contacted the regional office with no response.
Exercise caution when using them, they also did an oil job and stated on the sticker to return in 5000 miles when oil changes in this type of car supposedly are good for 10000 miles so I wonder what type of oil they used. They do service my other foreign import vehicle and Im beginning to wonder about the parts and oil they used in order to charge cheaper prices.
Shuttle driver didn’t have GPS so I had to interrupt work and stay on the phone with him to guide him step by step until he reached my house.

Take your car anywhere but here. These people are crooks. Stan lead me to believe he was offering fair service at a fair price when in fact they were ripping me off. Avoid these crooks
