Braids R' Us

Braids R Us is the best,wonderful place I have ever been. I have been braiding my hair since I was 10 and my mom and I have been going to Braids R Us for 17 years. The ladies will never change and always be friendly and quick. And will always be professional. I send all my friends to Braids R Us. We are like a family now and know each other very well. This is like my childhood home. People always ask me where I get my hair done. I got senegalese twist done last week. AND I LOVE IT. I Recommend everyone to go there. Thank You Braids R Us for the GOOD service you have been giving me since I was little. Thank you again again again.

Horrible! I walked in the establishment to get my locs washed and retwisted, and found out these unprofessional idiots didn't know what they were doing. First, I had to muscle through a bad smell of fish while the lady washed my hair. The place looked dirty upon inspection. When I sat in the chair, I had to ask the young lady to retwist my hair with something more appropriate because she was about to use this black Pro Styling Gel, then she showed me another clear styling gel when I inquired about an alternative. I had to purchase my own loc gel (Taliah Waajid's Loc it Up Tight) from a nearby store so she can do my hair. They had NO natural hair products in the salon. Then, when she was finished twisting my locs, this woman sprayed my locs with Bronner Brothers Pump It Up spritz! WTF! When my hair dried it was so stiff, filmy, and flaky. I had to go home a rewash my hair. Never again! These people are impostors!
