Montana Center For Facial Plastic Surgery & Skin Care

I went for a consult with Dr. Hayes at the Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in March 2013. I was not sure what I needed or wanted. I had lost over 100 lbs and at 51 years old, I looked much older. I had sagging jowls, wrinkles, and deep lines around my mouth. I had been told before there was nothing that could be done about the deep crevices around my mouth so I was expecting the same response from Dr. Hayes. I received the opposite. He informed me of the procedures that would work for me. A facelift, browlift (I also had very heavy eyelids) and a small chin implant. I handed him my face and told him to do what he thought was best for me. He instilled in me the feeling of total trust which was a new feeling for me and it felt right. Before the surgery, Dr. Hayes and Molly went through everything to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Not only what to expect physically, but mentally as well. The healing process was incredible because they provided me with so much knowledge. I followed their instructions and I healed very quickly. Within a month the only evidence of surgery was I looked AWESOME! The improvements were huge. My husband was staring at me a couple of weeks after the procedures and I said "what?" He said "Wow, you look 20 years younger!" I am so very happy with the results. I still look like me, but refreshed, better. To say Dr. Hayes is a miracle worker is an understatement. He is an artist of the human face. He and his team are professional and the patient care I received was above expectation. Molly works closely with Dr. Hayes and the patients and she is truely precious. Matty always greeted me with a smile and a kind word and I looked forward to seeing him when I came in. I never felt as if I were being judged by Dr. Hayes or any of his staff and that was very comforting at a time when understanding is needed most. I recommend going for a consult even if you are just thinking about having work done. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I know in my heart it is because of the excellent Doctor and his staff. Thank you Dr. Hayes!!!
