These vets saved my sweet Springer's life by diagnosing heart failure when another vet had missed it for over a month. I will be transferring all my animal family's veterinary records to them promptly not only because they're knowledgeable but because they care for us humans as well. Bravo team! These people are great in a crisis, which cannot be said of all vets, no offense.

I've taken all my pets here for the last 25 years. Love this place! Very caring and have helped me with on-going care for my pets, cleaning ears, hot spots, etc.

I don't see why the two bad ratings. I have been going here for 14 years this october. I have brought my cat in multiple times and my dog in twice the number. Everytime they offer great customer service, and some vets that actually know about the topic. My dog had a tumor in it's leg and they managed to remove it without cutting off the limb...thank you frank and diana.

I have had MULTIPLE negative experiences with Big Sky Vet Clinic. First off, you usually have to wait at least a half an hour to even be seen, and once you are in the room you could end up waiting another 20-25 minutes. Most recently, my cat has been misdiagnosed 2x for an ear infection that turned out to be staph. If my mother did not work at a lab in a local hospital my cat's diagnosis from Big Sky Vet would have ended at "he just has normal ear discharge." After calling the vet and letting them know my mom's tests came back for staph they asked to bring him in again, CHARGED FOR A TEST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STAPH (like I'm lying), also charged for a cleaning that I could have easily done myself for free, then sent me along with med that I gave him for OVER A WEEK. Consequently, since Big Sky Vet breeds idiocy, the meds did not clear up my cat's staph infection. I will no longer be taking any of my animals to this vet and would advise anyone else the same. This is also not the only time had issues -- there were other misdiagnoses on their part which I paid for dearly in time spent on medicating my cats and with my wallet.
