        Honestly, I can't find a better place to escape reality. The Valley Inn isn't the ritziest place to stay, however,it really is the best place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money and you want to stay in a place that is clean and quiet. I have made this hotel my get-away. Whenever I need a break from reality and need time to spend a couple days to myself, I go here. People may have had a bad impression or experience with this place, but like I said, this place has a lot to offer if you want an updated high class feeling while staying over night somewhere this place probable isn't going to please you. It actually has a family feeling to it. If you don't like something about your room, tell the front desk and they'll accommodate you. The last time I stayed there, which was a couple weeks ago, I was sent to a room that was very very different from the rooms Ive previously stayed in. The manager and the front desk worker, Hasan (really wonderful person) sent me to another room that was very large and had everything I would need to keep me comfortable for the duration of my stay (mini fridge, nearby microwave, iron & ironing board). The size of the rooms and their cleanliness are what keep me coming back. I also have seen that the staff are incredibly thorough in maintaining the upkeep so the hotel is clean & safe. The Inn is very large so again don't be discouraged about it entirely because of the appearance of one room. I personally choose rooms on the left hand side, found just after the ( check in) office area. If you aren't happy about something just tell them, but be nice to them because everyone who is working there may not initially appear friendly but they are. I'll never think badly about this place simply because I have always left there feeling a hundred times better than when I arrived. If I had a concern, like the fridge's freezer door was loose, I went to them and they took care of it. 5 stars for comfort & genuine kind hospitality.

        There smoking rooms are bad I was ripped off I payed full cost for the room that wasn't even remodel an the non smoking room are remodel.. So because I smoke I get a crappie room an the floors omg I did take my shoes off the hole time.. Room 161 oh no don't get this room the bed it all springs an the chairs in there can't sit on them cause there already broken... An the water I wasn't from the area and they didn't tell me you have to let the water run for 5 to 10 minutes or it will burn your skin... Bad Bad no stars from me never again Valley Inn & Conference in mission hills don't go there..

        The Worst Management!

        I had paid for an eighty dollars for a dump! As soon as i opened the door, the room temperature was over 85 degrees. The remote was broken and the smoke detector looked like it had brown slime on it. I called the front desk and they sent someone over to check the a/c, the unit had brown rocks stuffed in it and looked like it has not been cleaned in years. After one hour, i decided that it was way too hot to sleep and checked out. They didn't want to give me my money back and told me to call the manager on monday. I went to the manager's office and he said he had to look into it and would call me. It has been over 2 days and no word...don't ever stay in this place, the place is dirty and the manger is unprofessional. They get no stars!!!!!
