Immediate Response Svc Co

I had the water heater in my 1st house with a slow leak which I finally discover about a month ago. I searched on Google and found a company that at the time sounded great, hired them to do the job and the nightmare began. So much so that I ended up firing them ½ way through the job and then I contacted a friend of a friend that knew the owner of Immediate Response. They were wonderful! Their workers where on time every day, even though I have a crazy schedule, they cleaned up every day after they completed the job, I hardly notice they were there. And add to this that when I spoke with Michael he informed me that they could do the repairs too! I tried to contain my happiness, but I am pretty sure it showed. Two weeks after being in my home, everything is perfect again!

I just purchase my dream home, during the inspection mold was found. My realtor referred me to this company. I was at the property a few weeks ago , I just went back yesterday to see it now that they house is mine and WOW, I couldn’t even tell that they were there, the entire job they did was wonderful. I hope I won’t need them in the future, but if I do, I know who I will call.

I called them for some black mold I have in my house, they seem really good on the phone, as you can imagine I was a bit skeptical. Once Michael was here, all my worries went away, they tested the mold, took care of the removal and then a little bit of construction. From what I have heard from other people I thought this was going to be as bad as going to the dentist for a root canal! Instead it was a breeeeeeze! Use them, you won't regret them!

We woke up last sunday to a busted water heater!! Thank God my wife is organized and found the home insurance papers right away, as I was trying to clean up with towels, brooms and buckets, she got a hold of our insurance, they sent this company out.... We were still trying to clean up the mess when they showed up. I stood still in disbelieve how they cleaned everything up and how quickly they took care of us, they even helped me keep my wife calm, something that I thought nobody could do considering the situation. They were so thoughtfull of our things and of our home that I was compelled to look them up online and give them "two thumbs up"!

The condo above mine had a flood, the owner called his insurance company, mercury,and they sent Immediate response out to our units.

We didn't know which insurance would cover the cost or if we had to pay out of pocket,but when I spoke with John he made things so easy and I didn't feel stress like when you go buy a car!!

They dry both units, they repair both units and we did the entire thing with John, it made the mess less stressful.

A co-worker told me that he had a flood in his home about two years ago, and that he his experience was far different from mine. I am so happy to say that this company must the best out there, otherwise the insurance company wouldn't have sent them!
