Just Rite Cleaners

A week ago was my first time going to this cleaners the lady at the front was so nice and friendly, a week later I had to pick up my 2 items , upon picking it up I notice the pants was fine but my dress had 3 slight rips to it at the front and one at the back I told the lady what I had notice so she said she is going to have to talk to her manager, and she is going to keep the dress. They called me back today and told me that they are not responsible for my dress to come and pick it up. I ask the lady if I can just get the reimbursement just for the dry cleaning and she said no. I went over there to the store hoping that they would atleast give me my money back or fix my dress but instead The man was so aggressive making racist comments to me coming up to my face I had to call the police to get them involve cause I was so scared to the point I was shaking it was my very first time going to the cleaners and I'm dissapointed how could they destroy someone property and not be responsible.

My wife and I been using them for years and always are very professional and friendly. Great and convenience drive thru service... we love it!

Horrible! Horrible business ethics and horrible seamstress! Do NOT take your alterations here! I was assured they could repair a strap of a favorite tank, at extra cost of course. When I received it back, I was horrified! It was sewn with what looks like clear fishing line & completely jagged. My 8 month old son could have done a better job. And that's an understatement! If you value your clothes & money, do not go here. They do not issue refunds either!
